Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Returns
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Certain items (personal care, customized products, etc.) may not be returnable.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
