Founded in 2021 by Prasham Shah, Nagrik Lifestyle emerged in response to a rapidly changing post-COVID world, where digital-first thinking became essential. Prasham recognized not just the opportunity, but the responsibility — to build brands that are not only designed for modern Indian consumers, but also driven by process, philosophy, and purpose. His strong operational frameworks and people-first ethos are deeply embedded in the DNA of the company.

Co-founder Dhaval Kothari plays a critical role in ensuring that the engine runs efficiently — overseeing day-to-day execution and keeping the organization aligned, agile, and accountable. Together, they’ve cultivated a company culture rooted in clarity, structure, and executional excellence.
